Can I find the simply colors collection in a high street store ?
No, the simply colors collection is only available online.

How do I know if my order has been placed?
With a successful order you instantly receive a "Thank you for your order" message on your screen. Soon after that you will receive a confirmation of your order by email and an email confirming your payment has been received. If you do not receive an email confirming payment please contact customer service on 01454 807032 as we may not have received your payment and this will delay your order.

Is an online payment at simply colors safe?
Yes, simply colors uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. This technology is a coding method to enable safe transfer of information over the internet. The customer information can not be viewed by anyone other than the customer.

When will my order be dispatched?
Upon receipt of your payment, your order will be sent within 5 business days. We will send you an e-mail confirming shipment as soon as your order has been dispatched. We use the services offered by Royal Mail and DPD, they will deliver the packages in approx 1-3 days, all orders with standard or free shipping are sent by Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service. This service does not offer a guaranteed delivery date.
We also offer an Express Service option, in which case your package will be sent by Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service or DPD's next day service (depending on the size of the item ordered). Orders placed with the Express Service before 2pm, will be shipped on the same day, for delivery on the following working day. Items that have been ordered with a full colour print will be dispatched on the following working day, as the print process requires additional time. Occasionally during peak times they may take a little longer and be dispatched on the following working day.
