No, the simply colors collection is only available online.

How do I know if my order has been placed?
With a successful order you instantly receive a "Thank you for your order" message on your screen. Soon after that you will receive a confirmation of your order by email and an email confirming your payment has been received. If you do not receive an email confirming payment please contact customer service on 01454 807032 as we may not have received your payment.

Yes, simply colors uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. This technology is a coding method to enable safe transfer of information over the internet. The customer information can not be viewed by anyone other than the recipient.

When will my order arrive at my home?
Upon receipt of your payment, your order will be sent within 5 business days.

We will send you an e-mail confirming shipment as soon as your order has been shipped. We use the services offered by Royal Mail and they will deliver the packages in approx 1-3 days, all orders are sent by Royal Mail's First Class post. This service does not offer a guaranteed delivery date. 

We also offer an Express Service option, in which case your package will be delivered via Royal Mail's Special Delivery service or DPD's next day service and will require a signature. Orders will be shipped within 2 working days once payment of your order has been confirmed.
