Return policy

At simply colors, the return policy is simple: if you are not happy, we are not happy. Within 30 days after the date of delivery you can exchange the item, and we will share the shipping costs: call or email customer service for authorisation, repack the merchandise in the original package, if possible, include a copy of the invoice sent, or the order number, with a brief note explaining the reason for the exchange, and ship to the following address. Please see the exceptions below.

We will send you the items you want to exchange as soon as possible. We will then absorb the shipping charges.

We will do everything in our power to deliver to you a perfect product. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase (or part of it), you can return it free of charge within 7 days of delivery*, see exceptions below. The item(s) should be returned to the address below, after prior authorization has been obtained from simply colors by e-mail. (info@simplycolors.co.uk). The return address:

Please include a copy of the invoice or the order number, with a brief note explaining the reason for the return, so that we can improve our service in the future. As soon as we receive your returned merchandise, we will credit your payment (including delivery cost) within 5 business days to your credit card.

 

Cancellations
Once an order had been placed & paid for it is not possible to cancel any personalised items. Orders without personalisation can be cancelled up to 24 hours after the order has been placed, provided the order has not been shipped.

 

* Exchanges/returns are not possible when:

  • the item has been personalised
  • the item has been worn or washed
  • an attempt has been made to repair any defect of the item
  • instructions on the care label have not been followed properly
