Shipping and Handling
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail within 5 working days of simply colors receiving your order, this excludes lunch boxes, drinking bottles/cups, baby bath towels and bath robes these are dispatched within 8 working days. Please allow 1-3 days from the shipping date for your package to arrive.
If you have selected the Express Service your order will be shipped via Royal Mail's Special Delivery within 2 working days (48 hrs), you will then receive your order before 1pm on the following working day.
We will inform you when your order has been shipped. In the event you are looking for a shipping option that is not mentioned below, please feel free to contact us, we will do our best to accomodate your special requests.
