processing & delivery time

Upon receipt of your payment, your order will be sent to production.  All orders will be processed within 5 business days.
 
We will send you an e-mail confirming shipment as soon as your order has been shipped. We use the services offered by Royal Mail and they will deliver the packages within 1-3 days, all orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded delivery and will need to be signed for.

We also offer an Express Service option, in which case your package will be delivered via Royal Mail's Special Delivery service and will also require a signature. Royal Mail guarantee a next working day delivery before 1pm with this service. Orders placed before 12pm will be shipped the same day, after 12pm they will be shipped on the next working day.
