processing & delivery time

Upon receipt of your payment, your order will be sent to production.  All orders will be processed within 5 business days and will be ready for shipment by the 5th working day, this excludes lunch boxes, drinking bottles/cups, baby bath towels and bath robes these are dispatched within 8 working days.
 
We will send you an e-mail confirming shipment as soon as your order has been shipped. We use the services offered by Royal Mail and they will deliver the packages in approx 1-3 days, all orders are sent by Royal Mail's First Class post. This service does not offer a guaranteed delivery date. 

We also offer an Express Service option, in which case your package will be delivered via Royal Mail's Special Delivery service and will require a signature. Royal Mail guarantee a next working day delivery before 1pm with this service. Orders will be shipped within 2 working days once payment of your order has been confirmed.
