How do I know if my order has been placed?
With a successful order you instantly receive a "Thank you for your order" message on your screen. Soon after that you will receive a confirmation of your order by email and an email confirming your payment has been received. If you do not receive an email confirming payment please contact customer service on 0800 321 3669 as we may not have received your payment.

Is an online payment at simply colors safe?
Yes, simply colors uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. This technology is a coding method to enable safe transfer of information over the internet. The customer information can not be viewed by anyone other than the recipient.
 

When will my order arrive at my home?
Upon receipt of your payment, your order will be sent within 5 business days. If you opt for our standard shipping service, it will be sent by Royal Mail, which in general will be delivered within 1-3 business days. If you select the Express Service your order will be sent the same day if ordered before 12pm and on the next working day if ordered after 12pm. We will send you an email upon receipt of your payment and as soon as we ship your order.

How can I place a comment in your guestbook?
We would love to have your comments in our guestbook! We are of the opinion that a reference has the most value when provided by a customer. Therefore, we have opted for a 'closed' guestbook. This means that only customers that have placed an order and have received the item(s), can provide their comments in our guestbook. In your shipping confirmation email you will receive the link to our guestbook, enabling you to leave your comment.
